Wellness
Boost your recovery to optimize performance
Incorporating hot and cold therapy, red light exposure, alongside stretching and myofascial release techniques, has been shown to significantly reduce muscle soreness and inflammation, helping you stay consistent and ready for your next workout.
Offerings
Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy can be used in addition to physical and occupational therapy for a variety of diagnoses, including pre-surgical, post-surgical and non-operative management of injuries. Massage therapy relieves chronic pain, muscle tension and strain.
Stretch Therapy
Fascial stretch therapy gently unwinds the fascial system, a spiderweb-like connective tissue that runs throughout your body, affecting everything from posture to flexibility. Using guided breathwork and traction-based stretching. This helps decompress joints, release restrictions, and guide your body into a deeply meditative, parasympathetic state.
Facials
A facial offers a graceful renewal of the skin, blending deep cleansing with replenishing hydration. Through gentle exfoliation and restorative care, the complexion is refined, circulation is enhanced, and radiance is restored.
Waxing
Waxing smooths and softens the skin by removing hair from the root, leaving longer-lasting results and a refined finish. This service is performed by our facialist Jaffa.
Cold Plunge
Cold plunging activates the body’s natural healing response by constricting blood vessels, reducing inflammation, and easing muscle soreness. The sudden immersion in cold water stimulates circulation, boosts recovery, and leaves you feeling invigorated, refreshed, and deeply restored.
Notes:
- A bathing suit or athletic wear equivalent is required to be worn in the cold plunge.
- The cold plunge tub is set to 50°F.
- Aim to stay in for 90 seconds to 3 minutes.
- Beginners should start with 1-2 sessions per week and gradually increase to 3 sessions.
Infrared Sauna
Relax and recharge in our infrared sauna. This experience elevates your heart rate, increases your body temperature, and activates your nervous, circulatory, lymphatic, immune and digestive systems.
Zero Gravity Massage Chair
A zero gravity massage chair places the body in a weightless position that eases pressure on the spine and joints. This posture improves circulation, allows for deeper muscle relief, and promotes full-body relaxation and recovery.
Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy uses low-level wavelengths of light to support cellular health and healing. It can boost collagen production for healthier skin, reduce inflammation, ease joint and muscle pain, and enhance overall recovery.
