Wellness
Boost your recovery to optimize performance
Incorporating hot and cold therapy, red light exposure, alongside stretching and myofascial release techniques, has been shown to significantly reduce muscle soreness and inflammation, helping you stay consistent and ready for your next workout.
Bodywork Manual Therapies
Massage Therapy
Therapeutic massage on the table is adaptable to your specific needs and goals. The therapist uses techniques from Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, and Table Thai. Massage can be performed directly on the body with lotion or oil, or over clothing for those who prefer to remain clothed.
This service is great for those who are seeking stress relief, pain management, or nervous system regulation.
Thai Bodywork
Thai Bodywork is a traditional healing practice which combines elements of massage, accupressure, and yoga. Thai therapists work on a floor mat and use rhythmic compression, energy work, and stretching techniques. The receiver remains clothed, and it is recommended to wear clothing that allows for comfortable movement.
This modality is great for clients who enjoy yoga or stretching, improving mobility, and deep tissue massage. It is not recommended for those with an aversion to feet, as the therapist may use their feet and knees to work on the body.
Rolfing
Restorative Therapy
Cold Plunge
Cold plunging activates the body’s natural healing response by constricting blood vessels, reducing inflammation, and easing muscle soreness. The sudden immersion in cold water stimulates circulation, boosts recovery, and leaves you feeling invigorated, refreshed, and deeply restored.
Notes:
- A bathing suit or athletic wear equivalent is required to be worn in the cold plunge.
- The cold plunge tub is set to 50°F.
- Aim to stay in for 90 seconds to 3 minutes.
- Beginners should start with 1-2 sessions per week and gradually increase to 3 sessions.
Infrared Sauna
Relax and recharge in our infrared sauna. This experience elevates your heart rate, increases your body temperature, and activates your nervous, circulatory, lymphatic, immune and digestive systems.
Zero Gravity Massage Chair
A zero gravity massage chair places the body in a weightless position that eases pressure on the spine and joints. This posture improves circulation, allows for deeper muscle relief, and promotes full-body relaxation and recovery.
Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy uses low-level wavelengths of light to support cellular health and healing. It can boost collagen production for healthier skin, reduce inflammation, ease joint and muscle pain, and enhance overall recovery.
